Why Buy Apple Watch Series 6?

The Apple Watch Series 6 combines health monitoring, fitness tracking, smart connectivity, and everyday Apple ecosystem features in a premium smartwatch. Building on Series 5, it introduced a Blood Oxygen sensor and app, a faster S6 SiP, an improved Always-On Retina display, and an always-on altimeter.

Available in GPS and GPS + Cellular models, Apple Watch Series 6 is designed for workouts, health insights, calls, notifications, navigation, music, and everyday use.

    Always-On Retina Display

Apple Watch Series 6 features an Always-On Retina LTPO OLED display, allowing the watch face and important information to remain visible even when the wrist is lowered.

The Always-On display was improved over the previous generation, providing better outdoor visibility when the wrist is down.

Maximum display brightness reaches up to 1,000 nits when active, making information easier to read in bright environments.

    Apple S6 SiP

    Series 6 is powered by Apple’s S6 SiP with a 64-bit dual-core processor.

Apple designed the S6 to provide faster performance than the previous S5 generation, helping apps launch quickly and providing smooth performance across everyday watchOS features.

It handles fitness tracking, health monitoring, notifications, calls, messages, navigation, music controls, Siri, and compatible apps.

    Blood Oxygen Sensor

One of the major additions to Apple Watch Series 6 is the Blood Oxygen sensor.

The watch uses a combination of LEDs and photodiodes on the back crystal to measure blood oxygen saturation through the Blood Oxygen app where the feature is supported.

Blood Oxygen functionality is intended for general fitness and wellness purposes and is not designed as a substitute for professional medical equipment.

    ECG & Heart Monitoring

Apple Watch Series 6 includes an electrical heart sensor that supports the ECG app in eligible regions.

It also includes an optical heart sensor for continuous heart-rate-related features during everyday activities and workouts.

Supported features include high and low heart rate notifications and irregular rhythm notifications.

Availability of certain health features varies by country, age, software version, and regulatory approval.

    Fitness & Activity Tracking

Apple Watch Series 6 can track a wide range of everyday activities and workouts.

Depending on the selected workout, it can measure information such as heart rate, calories burned, distance, pace, workout duration, and GPS route information.

Apple’s Activity system also tracks daily movement, exercise, and standing goals.

    Always-On Altimeter & Compass

Series 6 includes an always-on altimeter, which provides real-time elevation information throughout the day.

It also features a built-in Compass, allowing compatible apps and watch features to access direction, heading, incline, latitude, longitude, and elevation information.

These features can be particularly useful for hiking, walking, running, and other outdoor activities.

    Fall Detection & Emergency SOS

Apple Watch Series 6 supports Fall Detection, which can detect certain hard falls and provide an option to contact emergency services.

It also supports Emergency SOS for quickly contacting emergency services where available.

GPS + Cellular models can provide additional connectivity when away from the paired iPhone, subject to carrier support and an active cellular plan.

GPS & GPS + Cellular Options

Apple Watch Series 6 was available in two main connectivity options:

GPS – Includes built-in GPS/GNSS and works with Wi-Fi and a paired iPhone for supported communication features.

GPS + Cellular – Adds cellular connectivity, allowing supported calls, messages, streaming, and other functions without having the paired iPhone nearby.

Cellular functionality depends on the specific watch model, supported network, carrier, region, and active plan.

    Water Resistance

Apple Watch Series 6 is water resistant to 50 metres under ISO standard 22810:2010.

It can be used for shallow-water activities such as swimming in a pool or ocean.

It should not be used for scuba diving, waterskiing, or activities involving high-velocity water or deep submersion. Water resistance is not permanent and may decrease over time.

    Connectivity & Storage

Apple Watch Series 6 supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0, along with built-in GPS/GNSS.

It includes 32GB of internal storage for apps and supported content.

When connected to a compatible iPhone, users can access notifications, messages, calls, Siri, Apple Pay, music controls, fitness information, and compatible apps directly from their wrist.

    Battery Life & Battery Health

Apple rated Apple Watch Series 6 for up to 18 hours of all-day battery life under its standard testing conditions.

Our Open Box Apple Watch Series 6 units come with 85%–88% Battery Health.

Actual battery runtime varies depending on battery condition, Always-On display usage, workouts, cellular connectivity, apps, notifications, settings, and other usage conditions.

Apple Watch Series 6 charges using a compatible Apple Watch magnetic charging cable.

    Open Box Condition

The Apple Watch Series 6 is available in Open Box condition with 85%–88% Battery Health.

Open Box availability provides an option for customers who want Apple Watch health, fitness, and connectivity features at a more affordable price compared with purchasing a new sealed unit. Cosmetic condition and included accessories can vary between individual units.
