Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Customers may need to bear the shipping charges when returning a product. Cellbuddy cannot arrange pick-ups in all scenarios.
Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Accessories
- Physically damaged or tampered products
- Water-damaged products
- Products diagnosed or opened by non-Cellbuddy staff

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return. For non-gift purchases, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Return your product to our store location. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
If you’re returning expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
